Refund Eligibility
We want you to be completely satisfied with our services. If you are not satisfied, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the original purchase date.
- The service must not have been substantially used (less than 20% of allocated characters consumed).
- Technical issues that prevent you from using the service and cannot be resolved by our support team.
Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact our support team via the Contact Us page.
- Provide your account email, order/transaction ID, and reason for the refund request.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.
Processing Timeline
Once a refund is approved:
- Credit/Debit Card: 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
- PayPal: 3-5 business days.
- Bank Transfer: 7-14 business days depending on your bank.
- UPI: 3-5 business days.
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Upon cancellation:
- You will retain access to your plan's features until the end of the current billing period.
- No further charges will be applied after cancellation.
- Partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period are not provided unless required by applicable law.
Exceptions
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Requests made after the 7-day refund window.
- Accounts that have consumed more than 20% of the allocated characters.
- Violation of our Terms of Service.
- Promotional or discounted purchases (unless otherwise stated).
