Refund Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with our services. If you are not satisfied, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the original purchase date.
  • The service must not have been substantially used (less than 20% of allocated characters consumed).
  • Technical issues that prevent you from using the service and cannot be resolved by our support team.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:
  1. Contact our support team via the Contact Us page.
  2. Provide your account email, order/transaction ID, and reason for the refund request.
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.

Processing Timeline

Once a refund is approved:
  • Credit/Debit Card: 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days.
  • Bank Transfer: 7-14 business days depending on your bank.
  • UPI: 3-5 business days.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Upon cancellation:
  • You will retain access to your plan's features until the end of the current billing period.
  • No further charges will be applied after cancellation.
  • Partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period are not provided unless required by applicable law.

Exceptions

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
  • Requests made after the 7-day refund window.
  • Accounts that have consumed more than 20% of the allocated characters.
  • Violation of our Terms of Service.
  • Promotional or discounted purchases (unless otherwise stated).
